This is the worst experience with a "business" I've had. Paid in full, in advance, through interact. The owner: Charles Assayag, on top of placing the wrong cabinet order, lied to my face and blamed the extra time on a door damage. When picking up the order I was told so. When we opened the drawers, the distance to the back of the drawer box was of… -6" for an 18" deep drawer, so ridiculously short drawers it looked pitiful. The pharmacy top and bottom panel were white melamine, without attention to detail that pharmacies are installed at a sight-level with 4 exterior sides and the even

I'm from the west island in montreal. I had a great experience working with the staff at Prime Kitchens. Charles was very patient with me and any concerns was dealt with professionally. The guys/girls in the shop were courteous and friendly. My cabinets are in and they look beautiful. Big thanks to Charles and th shop crew for making this experience easy.
