I had the first appointment today at A1 clinic. I arrived at 12:45 pm heard voices but saw no one. I waited 10mins still no one. So I decided to stand by the entrance of the office and say "hello" as my appointment time drew near. Dr.Yuan (acupuncturist) came out blatantly annoyed, he shouted "you are interrupting my session with my client, sit out… there and wait". A few minutes later he came out asking " if I'm ready" I said Dr. Yuan I did not appreciate the way you spoke to me, like you are angry. I went to see Doctor Yi Ding Yuan when I was feeling at my worst on my stomach with digestion and breathing issues. Since my first appointment, he took the time to listen to me. He asked me to tell him all my history from a few years until the day i went to see him. After listening to me, the first thing he told me is, don't worry, you will feel better in a few days and with the treatment he gave me, i felt really well in a short period of time. I highly recommend Dr. Yi Ding Yuan. Really caring doctor!!!

I visited Mr. Yuan to help with insufficient lactation, as I still had low milk supply at 3 weeks postpartum. It was my first acupuncture experience and I am very happy with my experience and results - my supply has now reached my goal after 5 sessions (in addition to other efforts I was also taking). He was honest in sharing that he thought 5 sessions would be enough and that the treatment had probably plateaued. Mr. Yuan also offered nutritional advice to further help. Highly recommend!

I have been getting acupuncture treatments with Dr. Yi Ding Yuan for the past month and I couldn't be happier. First of all, Dr. Yi is really kind, welcoming, funny and knowledgeable. I was nervous during my first visit but he made me feel really at ease and the acupuncture itself was very relaxing and not painful at all. He always takes the time to answer all your questions with a smile on his face, cracking jokes here and there. The clinic is extremely clean and in a very accessible location.

Been having back, shoulders, stomach and endometriosis pains for over a year, it was only Dr Yuan who really took the time to analyze my pains and start treating me. After few sessions, oh my! My pains were subsiding and I couldn’t believe it. Went to massages, osteopath but nothing else did it for me except my acupuncture sessions at A1 CLINIQUE. I have never met someone who puts so much care into their patients! He is so caring and knowledgeable who actually knows what he is doing in treating his patient. Dr Yuan professionalism and bedside manner is excellent. I was able to get an appointment promptly for a pinched nerve that was radiating from my back to my fingers. He could tell me right away how many seances my treatment would take and he was accurate. Excellent. I highly recommend him for acupuncture and will consider seing him about alternative natural therapies when the need arises

Highly recommended. Have been for many different reasons from physical injury/pain to issues with pregnancy. He fixed issues that my regular doctor was unable to fix. He listens very carefully and will address any health concerns. Can't say enough good things about him. Do not hesitate to go see him!

I personally recommend this clinic for multiple reasons: they are very professional, highly medically knowledgeable and very kind and a huge touch of humanity. I feel that they take the time to truly listen and really try to solve the issues. I have a complex case with multiple issues and Doctor Yi Ding Yuan has never let me down, he takes the time to explain in depth and I know exactly what to expect. I am very satisfied and happy that I have found this Clinic and it is one of the best I've ever had!
