Carrington Lights provided Hopewell Residential with LED bulbs by Satco. At first i thought there were 1 or 2 duds. Now after 2 years I am seeing that it is just a matter of time before all my bulbs go out. It is very clear that they do have a 5000 hour or two year warranty and the two years have expired so I guess I am SOL. I had previous sent in a note to Carrington via there webform about the problem with no response.
Anyways, point is they offer low quality lights causing my to waste bulbs and create garbage so they could save a buck and now I buy high quality Ikea bulbs to replace them, which

I initially posted a negative review as I'd had issues with the quality of the fixtures I bought from this company. They did reach out and have done their best to find reasonable solutions. Still disappointed how soon I had to start looking for replacements, but their customer service has been quite good.

This week we had the last of our lights delivered from Carrington Lighting. Dan assisted us with installing our lights and let me tell you his service was SO great! He was so polite and informative about all the lighting we received. Thanks for being so great, Dan. We will definitely recommend this lighting company because of his service.

Had the best experience today. Walked in and was greeted by Donna (according to reciept). She showed us to the area we needed to be in and we took a quick look but didn't see anything. We were making our way out and she showed us some things we had missed and found the most perfect light for our bathroom. Thanks Donna!

We are in the process of building our first home and had an appointment with Laurie to help us with the fixtures selection. She is so nice and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service! Laurie has helped us to find everything what we need and for the price we need. She even found a hidden gem for our Stairwell fixture in her catalogs, exactly what we want to see there!
