Chimo motel is the place to go . We had the family suite which was amazing . Friendly staff . We had a snowmobile break down in the cold temperatures, and they allowed us to park our machine inside the garage to fix, and asked for nothing in return. Best place to go by far ! Across the road from the snowmobile trails and right next to fuel and food . Even your local Yamaha Polaris parts dealer right next door . . If your looking for a wknd get away , consider this place !!

All I need is a warm room, clean bed, and hot water. This place does all that at a decent price. I like the kitchenette rooms, gives you space to chill and I'd rather cook for myself then order out all the time. They have a heated garage that usually works to keep your sled clean and proper on those snowy -30 nights if you'd like. Located right on the snowmobile trail. Usually ample parking.

Called and got a last minute room here. The guy was modest and tried to talk me out of this last room because there was no carpet and because it wasn’t fancy! It was a great clean room with a full sized fridge and stove. We (me and my wife) stayed in room 301 for four nights starting Boxing Day leaving Thursday December 30, 2021 and had an absolute blast skidooing right out of the back yard of this motel. The motel is close to a few select restaurants and anytime I needed anything, the owner was really quick to respond. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you very much.

We arrived late in the evening. Owner was very nice and accommodating when we called. Lots of room for parking with a trailer, cozy but very small rooms. Unfortunately the bathrooms were very small for my 6'5 husband but we encounter this often in older motels. Had all the basic amenities as well as a/c. Great location n fair price. Over all a decent place to rest up for a night.

Worst service ! Threw away over $100 of food that belonged to my fiancé due to his company booking the room and not him !!! When I contact them to get a refund ( bec everything taken from a room is suppose to be kept food for a minimum of 3 days and belongings over a month ) and they threw away all his food and some of his belongings r missing !!!! Would never recommend ! Made a hard stay away from home even harder !!!

Great value!
Of course the room's decoration is quite old (80s) and the rooms are small, but it is very well maintained. Everything was perfectly clean, recent caulking in the bathroom, nice and comfy bed and pillows.
We spent a week here for work and it did the trick. Really cheap rates for an older decor, that's alright.
