Extremely happy with the level of customer service. We had a carpenter ant issue in our basement. I reached out to Cranbrook Pest Control and Arden came out within an hour to inspect. He was very informative and promptly scheduled the treatment for the next day. We are very satisfied with the outcome and will be continuing with their home protection program going forward. Top notch company! Highly recommend.

This is the second time I have used this company previously for wasps & rodents. Haven't had wasps since about 6 years now, but I am keeping a close watch.
Called them back again for Rodents this year as my garden is very overgrown so the rodents are back. They were great stated what they recommended for my particular problem. When I asked if I could get more containers they were awesome, explained why they had suggested less and how more would be helpful but not necessary. I purchased more though no pressure to do so. I kind of like over kill, no pun intended. I also asked if I could be put on

We use Cranbrook Pest Control for rodent and insect control. Before we used their services, the flies in the building were terrible. After service, a completely different story - almost never see one. And when issues have arisen, they are quick to come out and assess the situation and deal with it. They go above and beyond what one could expect! Great Service and Great Results!!!

We started using Cranbrook Pest Control with our trailer location in Jaffray last year. They have helped us eliminate the problem we have had for the past 3 years and we are able to visit our home away from home with no worries.
