I wouldn't consider calling anyone else. They are amazing, knowledgeable, friendly, and best prices in the area. When 2 other contractors said my central air needed to be totally replaced, DH&C got the parts overnight from Toronto, in a heat wave for a reasonable price. All fixed up in less than 24 hours!

Wow! What can I say. Phoned after hours and my call was answered by the most professional answering service I have ever dealt with. DH&C returned my call very promptly. The technician arrived at exactly the time stated and corrected our issue quickly. Mark also took the time to address a few other small items that we asked him to look at for us.

My usual service company tried to tell me that my furnace was not repairable because the part I needed was not available for purchase -- no one made the part. I knew this was false, and DH&C sourced it quickly, and had my furnace up and running really quickly. They were customer-focused and professional through the entire interaction. Saved me $4k.

Great experience with this company. Reasonable wait for an appointment, showed up right on time (even in horrible weather), fixed my problem in minutes, assessed another issue and gave me good advice about it. When the bill came in the mail, it was a perfectly reasonable amount and worth every penny. The admin team was excellent to deal with, as well, for payment, etc. I would call them again in a heartbeat.
