We purchased our cabinets from Legacy and hired them as a general contractor (big mistake); they gave us a GC that obviously was new or had issues. We were given a specific calendar for a guideline as to when things would happen and who would be there on specific days. That was a complete farce, the communication was unbelievably poor, right from the start, it seemed once I handed 1/2 the money over, the designer (Michael) left me for dead. I was never told that the cabinets were behind in production, it was just when I read it on an updated calendar that the install date was moved from December

I requested a quote from Legacy, information I left was passed on to a designer. Sent an email following day giving all my particulars for the kitchen renovation. Never received an acknowledgement email. Sent an email a week later, still no response. Subsequently, i called Legacy - designer wasn't available, so I left a message. Called back and asked for the lady who took all my information, she didn't take my call either. I left a message and told her to advise the designer to not to bother with a quote. If the communication is this bad up front can't imagine what it would

We purchased cabinets from legacy. The cabinets were made by Excel cab inets. The experience in dealing with legacy while not perfect was still very positive. The cabinets were excellent. Nothing was missing and we got any help we needed throughout the install.
The project, now complete, gets rave reviews from any visitors.
We had one problem with a drawer front and Legacy took care of it.
I would not hesitate to recommend them.
