I have been dealing with this insurance firm for a couple of years now. I have four vehicles insured through them including a higher-end exotic car that requires a special policy and new BC registration. I typically deal with Richard and he has been awesome!
And everyone else on the staff are also patient and helpful.

One of the worst services I have ever received so far. They will give you 100 reasons of how they can't help you snd make you run for different unreasonable formalities even if you have all the documents and valid reason. Had to call 911 because that guy in the front was shouting and threatening me that he'll make sure I don't get my claim.

When there to do a complicated insurance transaction and transfer. The agent was not knowledgeable and very unhelpful even after calling icbc to get directions. My grandfather passed away and she was very incentive to the position i was in.Sh ewas rude as well. I will never go there for insurance and you shouldn't either.

I came here after an awful experience at Sussex insurance on commercial.
I think Richard was our insurer and he was kind, courteous, polite and helpful.
The service was incredible, I had never sold a car before and was kindly and patiently guided through the process, the buyer was also assisted in buying insurance while I was there and it was a speedy and efficient process.
I will definitely come back here.
