Evan Breau has been with O'Town Auto since 2016. Evan is a car guy, and always has been. He's been working on cars, light trucks, and SUVs pretty much since he could hold a wrench. He's a huge Subaru fan, and he really caught the automotive-service-and-repair bug when he got his first one back in the day.

Extremely impressed!! I was in a pinch on Friday i left work in Oromocto on my way to get my son then head to Moncton for a funeral and had a noise come from my vehicle, I had just gotten work done in Fredericton the day before and after stopping into Otown Auto I had an older gentleman come out immediately to assist me and take my car for a drive to figure out what the noise was and came to find out all my tires were loose so he fixed that for me and checked everything else out. Like I said I got immediate amazing service and wasn't charged a dime even though this is not my regular garage. I will

We have been going here for 5 years. We believe that there has been a change in ownership. With that being said, they still hold a very high quality of customer service. They do their best to keep their prices low and will find the best possible solution. I was there a few days ago and they had to install a starter. I got my car and 2 days later it wasn't starting. They figured out that it was a faulty starter that they installed. Now my car named Kinky Kyle PURRS like a kitten. Thank you OTown.

Threatened to call my chain of command over their own mistake.
Great service, always did a quality job on time, for a fair price.
But, after eight and a half months without being contacted regarding any payment issues, there was a call made threatening to go to my chain of command regarding me being a defaulter on payments. The issue had been on their end and the payment had posted the week that the work had been done.
I find it to be a real shame that a place that does such quality work would threaten to cross such a drastic line without contacting me first to see if we could resolve the issue

They we're the only place in town that went out of their way to do a camper trailer safety inspection for us. we are new to the area just moved in a few days ago and we're going through the whole process of vehicle registration and safeties for the province. We were also going on a camping trip later that week but wanted to take care of all the moving business first. All other local garages we're booking a week or two down the road. Very speedy service. Needed to get 2 screws removed from my front tire. They charged me $40 for each plug, for a total $80.00 + tax . I could see $40 each if they were in 2 different tires. They already had the tire off for the 2nd screw. I think the second screw repair should have been half the price of the first repair.
