AVOID THIS BIKE SHOP! Criminal Labour Charges
This spring I have been cycling across Canada from Ontario to BC and given the road conditions I had been experiencing a lot of flats. So while in Nelson I went to get more robust tires. I am beyond disappointed in the conduct of the Sacred Ride Bike shop that not only overcharged me for Gator Skin tires but even charged over $50 to install my tires. They only mentioned this after the fact- even after I had already paid for my tires. I have given them ample opportunity to remedy this situation and they have not even replied. This is disrespectful

These guys have been working on my bike for years now. I swear every time I get my bike back from them it is easier to bike up the Stanley street! Granted they have replaced everything on the back of the bike except the brakes... but there is always next year!
Thanks for doing a great a job and going the extra mile!

Took 2 pairs of skis in to get a base grind and clean the edges up before I sold them. When I picked them up, the brake assembly on one ski was broken. When asked about it the response was - "my guess is they would have been weakened over time and years of shredding, and we might have dealt them their final blow without even knowing, sorry amigo!"… When asked if they cared to remedy the situation, I received no response.
Any shop I have worked in we would generally try to return the customers gear in the same or better condition than it was in upon arrival - Not worse.
Definitely will not
