Ordering process seamless. That is the good news. The bad news is that I had ordered tires and rims in anticipation of a delivery of a car in November. However, at the last moment, the car was delayed. Then delayed again. And now two months later, cancelled due to the world wide chip shortage. Given this very unusual circumstance, I reached out to PMC to ask if I could return the tires and rims (note: they are still in their original packaging) given the situation. Their response was canned and indicated that policy was 30 day returns. My bad. The suggestion was to sell them privately. There was

Good price and great service. We really appreciated them checking our order, suggesting improvements, and then the close communication while there was a problem with delivery (not PMC's fault - just bad timing with flooding and washout of the main highways in BC). We highly recommend this company. Tires were delivered directly to a mechanic of our choice, so all we had to do was phone to arrange installation.

PMC sells exceptional wheels with many varieties to choose from. I have purchased two sets of wheels already and will purchase another set for my wife’s car in May 2022. Frustrating, stressful, expense a lot and unsatisfied on TPMS issues.
I order complete set of Winter tire, Wheels with TPMS hoping that anytime I can swap my summer tire on this without any issues. I note in my order complete TPMS code/ID for them to program all TPMS as per their rcommendations. I am satisfied with the tires and wheels, however, when I installed these tires into my car, TPMS warning light came out. I have TPMS scan tool, and later found out that this TPMS were aftermarket OE sensors way different from aftermarket Universal Programmable sensors as I expected. Tried to email PMCtire

In particular I liked how they present you with a price without having you navigate through ninety percent of the payment steps, so you can get the actual price total before you buy. I've ordered several sets of tires: passenger car, racing compound, and off-road/all-terrains.
PMC had them all at prices that allow me to save 1-200$ per set by taking them to my mechanic for install/balance.
Delivered to my door days ahead of advertised and all sets had recent manufacturing dates (last few months), which was welcoming to know I wasn't getting something that had been drying out in a warehouse somewhere.
