Founded in 1998, A Fazel Architect Inc. is a Toronto-based architecture and interior design firm with design experience in North America, Asia, and the Middle East. Though we are proudly celebrating 20 years of practice in Toronto, we have been passionately engaged with architecture since 1975. We have an interiors group to meet our client's interior design needs.
Our interior designers are registered members of ARIDO, and have experience in designing a diverse range of office/commercial spaces, large-scale health facilities, information management centres historical sites/museums, and residential spaces. Services
This new 122,500 square foot multi-tenant industrial/commercial retail facility in Ottawa was designed for the Hospitals of Ontario Pension Plan, keeping in mind the client's stylistic portfolio and intention for multi-tenant use.
Located in the north of Tehran in an unique position with a view of the capital and the renowned Alborz and Tochal mountains, this project involves a business complex consisting of a world-class shopping centre, a fourteen-storey office building, a convention centre designed to host national and international conferences, and a 1000 room deluxe mid-rise hotel.

The 14.5 acre site is located in the Queensway Business Park in east Ottawa. A Fazel Architect designed a new warehouse facility, comprising of approximately 122,500 square feet, for the Hospitals of Ontario Pension Plan. The building is steel frame construction enclosed with an insulated pre-cast concrete panel wall system.
A Fazel Architect designed additions and renovations to Molson Canada's existing packaging facility to provide a state-of-the-art packaging facility and systems. This new packing facility for Canada's second oldest company is over 62,000 square feet in size, and was designed to meet Molson's expanding needs.
