Not happy with these guys. I booked them to come change locks on a rental suite after evicting a tenant who caused significant damage. Dial never showed up, didn’t call me to give me an updated timeline, I had to call them the next day to find out what was up, and now my evicted tenant is back in the suite and won’t leave. Very unhappy with Dial and will never use them for anything again.

Awesome had a fellow drop by fix the garage man door took him 15 minutes 6 screws and some labour talked about hockey great guy great work and super fast, polite and knew what to do and how to fix the issue highly recommended and will definitely use them for all my issues.

The lady who helped me out was fast and had answers to all my questions. Fair price based on quality service. They also offer a vast variety of those strong key rings you can’t find anywhere else along with safes, locks, and other things. They even quickly emailed me my receipt after payment for my business expense. Free 1h parking on the side street too. Highly recommended.
