The only way to appeal the study permit refusal is through a process known as "judicial review". Judicial review is a process where the courts determine if IRCC's refusal of your application was fair. If IRCC officer did not properly consider your purpose of study explanation, ignored documents, or did not appropriately assess your application, we can help you overturn the refusal.
The Immigration Appeal Division (IAD) hears appeals on immigration-related matters, including sponsorships, removal orders and residency obligations. In order for the Immigration Appeal Division (IAD) to review your decision, you need to get leave and demonstrate that an error was made or that the decision was unfair or unreasonable.
Foreign nationals who are inadmissible or who do not meet the requirements for Permanent Residence may make a written request for consideration under Humanitarian & Compassionate Grounds under subsection 25(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act. There are some restrictions with respect to examination of applications for H&C consideration.
Refugee claim has been refused, and a conditional removal order comes in effect shortly after. Your appeal at the Immigration Appeal Division or the Immigration Division has failed, and a removal order is issued after the hearing. The service provided by Canada today immigration consultancy is great, and consultants are very supportive. A consultant guided me well while selecting the university and advised me on different ways to pay my tuition fees. However, most of the offices are closed at night, but Their ( visa officer ) lodged my file mid-night, which was very supportive and helpful.
