Hot: - Carved Baron of Beef [red wine sauce] - Fresh Boneless Breaded Chicken Breast - [stuffed w/ capricolli ham, herb cream cheese] or [spinach and. Hot: - Carved Prime Rib of Beef [red wine sauce] - Yorkshire Pudding - Rosemary Roasted Potatoes - Fresh Vegetable in season. Hot: - Carved Baron of Beef [peppercorn sauce] - Chicken Sate' Scallop Potatoes Rice Pilaf Honey Dill Carrots.
We are a full service catering company. We do custom menu design for all events. Some of the types of catering we do include buffets, sit-downs, and luncheons for a variety of occasions, including weddings, funerals, small house parties, meetings and industrial purposes. Event consulting is available.

I called to inquire about pricings on a dinner buffet for my wedding and was talked to very rudely. she refused to inform me in her pricing, cut me off and just had a very hostile tone about her. she insisted I had already called mmeanwhle that was my first call... ugh I'm in shock of how rude she was over the phone.
for a first impression point of view that terrible customer service. unhelpful and would not reccomend at all. She needs to have better manners and be more friendly and helpful to clients calling.
I wouldnt even give her 1 star.

Great experience having Karen and her staff cater my Dad’s celebration of life. From the very first phone call I knew we were in good hands. Karen was friendly, efficient, professional and informative. I had never booked or used a caterer before. They arrived ahead of schedule for their set-up. People at our gathering were very complimentary of the food and the service. Last but certainly not least we were pleasantly surprised at the total cost. Thanks for helping to make Dad’s send off so good.
