First time in years buying a bike and they answered all my many questions and they never made me feel silly. I am nervous about biking again, but in particular Nathan (I think that was his name) was really encouraging and patient and I feel that the quality of service and having a local shop to work on my new bike will off set any savings from buying online or somewhere else. I'm excited for supporting! They have a really nice selection of ebikes and accessories!

Top notch shop . There owner has a great portfolio to help with any type of biking from bmx to downhill . This is the only place I have ever got a bike from or serviced at because they have never done me wrong in any assortment. Thank you for your upstanding service throughout the years

I've done a lot of business at Bike Works in the past and it has been alright until just recently I brought my bike in for overall repairs spending 300$. I specifically said I wanted my shifting readjusted and the aftermath straight out of the shop was my shifting skipping more than I did in highschool.
and that says a lot.
for 300$? something tells me my shifting shouldn't be the way it is.
I'll be taking my business to Consolvo.

Horrible service after they had my money, really hard time trying to get anything, wouldn't honor deal they offered when buying the bike. Had to go and buy parts from Canadian tire and took bike to different place to get tune up...

I've bought multiple bikes here and get all of my service work from the crew at Bike Works. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, great selection of bikes and gear, and conveniently located.

Went all over town looking for solid advice on purching my fiŕst ebike. Adam spent an hour with me patiently answering all my questions. Even let me test drive one. Then spent additional time fitting the bike to my body. $2900.00 later I owned my Yamaha Giant ebike. The after sale service has been terrific. I highly recommend this place.

Took a family day trip to Saint John for the Buskers on the Bay. One of the tires on my daughter's 3 wheel stroller blew. We brought it to Bike Works and they were able to replace the tire in under an hour. Can't thank them enough for saving the day. Amazing service!

Every bike does not have suntours!
They have a helpful knowledgeable staff.
I went to another shop near Boston Pizza... They must have thought I was a leper. I was in the shop for 20 minutes and no one even said hello!

Adam spent a great deal of time talking with me about every thing I inquired about.
Ended up getting a great bike two year is a row. Through out Adam has assisted in anything I have asked for going above and beyond every time.

Every time I walk into this place is a bad experience. All the guys I have met at this place have something to shill, and won't have an actual conversation. Every bike is outfitted with suntours and if you ask about anything else, they will refer you to 3000$ shocks that "won the Olympics", then get offended when you ask about alternative choices. In my opinion and from every past experience, I highly recommend that you go check out one of the other local bike shops. Unless you want to be talked down to and force fed whatever they're selling that week.
