We had a leak in the basement shower. Design Flooring Centre sales staff helped us pick out tile, schluter and grout that looks simply amazing. The installer was so professional and courteous. Spent a few minutes each day to explain what he would be doing for the day and keeping us updated while he was working. There was never a mess left behind, and he was so careful with using drop cloths to protect our floors. The bathroom is unbelievably gorgeous, now! The grout lines are so even and consistent, the tiles are immaculate. 100% recommend Design Flooring. I will certainly be a repeat customer

Can't say enough about the people here. Sales staff made us feel very comfortable, and they were patient when it took us forever to make up our minds. The installers went above and beyond, did a phenomenal job on our flooring and tile, and left the place clean like it was their own. I would recommend them to anyone.
