We had a somewhat complicated case and we have been immensely helped to untangle the situation. Answers were alway very timely-- within minutes to a week, depending on the complexity. We handled the vast majority of the process via e-mail, which worked surprisingly well, but the phone/skype line was also very useful a couple times. They were reccommended to us by a friend and we do reccommend Ferreira Wells Immigration Services as well.

My husband and I had the good fortune of using the services of Ferreira Wells Immigration Services Inc. for processing the visitor visa for my mother and thereafter the permanent resident application. We are really happy that the permanent resident application has been approved and allows my mother to remain in Canada where I can take care of her in her sunset years.

Ferreira Wells Immigration Services - I just received my COPR! Everyone in the team had been really helpful from beginning until the end.
