The food looks great. Final shot of Locke and Key season 1 shot here, with Gabe and Eden eating seafood.

Hello red ?? Mother tried calling your tiny little diner to talk to you but you never answered your phone.
Mother says thank you for the nice supper and thank you for having your daughter split our hamburg and baked potato on 2 plates for us Also very Christian of you to bring hot water for mother's tea bags she brought in from the meeting at the center we attended. They also had cookies.

Its been years since I had Big Reds but was craving it. We ordered a square works pizza and a 12" garlic fingers. It did not disappoint. Absolutely delicious! Will not be waiting so long to order again. Well worth the 30 minute drive.

Every other restaurant had a line up. This one did not so we ate here. Have to say.... now I know why there was no lineup. Fish was extremely greasy, fries had taste but not in a good way. There were only 4 tables with people (including us) when we sat down but the server seemed to be swamped. One of our party asked for ice water which never came. Another ordered a smoothie which never came but it was on our bill. I asked her to take it off when we were leaving and she remarked that it was still in the blender..... Out of tarter sauce and lettuce. Don't believe I will be returning.

The restaurant was alright. Some items were not available, but the food was acceptable overall. Pizza was not good at all.

First time trying Garlic Fingers and Big Red’s are stellar! Also love that their donair sauce is so smooth and not at all thick and goopy. Will def make this our new pizza place because their crust is UH-mazing.
Thanks for the very friendly service too! :)
ooops, only took my photo after we already dug in!

Not a good restaurant for seafood. I ordered the seafood platter with seafood chowder. It came with tiny scallops and little piece of cod; though the flavours were good (Had them bake mine instead of deep fried). Didn’t like the moms chowder, the broth tasted like milk with potatoes, too expensive for 25.99$. Excellent view and service.

I'd never been to the Lunenburg location before, but will come back again. The view was amazing and my only regret is that we didn't get there earlier in the evening.

Nice family restaurant with good service. Sitting outside with the view on the harbor is great. The food is only ok, Pizza has rather Ketchup instead of real Italian tomato sauce on it.

Pre-fab-tasting pizza with a wide untopped crust ring, very sweet sauce and mediocre quality meat. I would not go back, especially given that there is a decent place 3 minutes from Red's called Jamal's pizza.

Tried this location a few times, gave it a chance but there is no care taken in the preparation of the food. The dough was an inch thick in places and paper thin in others. Also doesn't taste near as good as the Lunenburg location.

Ok....I read one of the previous reviews about " the pizza takes some getting used to" come on! If that's what you have to say about it please just admit its kinda on the yuck said. The reason it's a popular spot is Chester is closed half of the year and the other 2 months its open (see what I did there?) nothing is open past 5pm and good luck to you on sundays.
I guess any pizza is good pizza if you are super hungry.

Big Red's is well know in Chester. The pizza here does take some getting use to, but for the hungry mouths around town, it does the trick.

Some people Love Big Reds, so for that and the fact they have been here a long time they get three stars. I have had friends come and eat here and rave about it.

Myself, I am not so much of a Huge fan, but will eat it if someone buys. Overall Big Red's has a great reputation.

Big Red's has something you never thought you'd find in a village as tiny as Chester: incredible pizza. I was first introduced to Big Red's when I was dating my ex-husband some 20 years ago. At the time, I was a bit taken aback by their unique sauce and topping combinations. Hot dogs? On pizza? You're kidding, right?

But over time, Big Red's grew on me. Even though I no longer live in Chester, I find myself down there from time to time. Whenever I can, I drop by Big Red's and get a pizza to go. Sure, it has to be reheated when I get home - but it's just
