The guys who came to remove our tree and trim our other tree were great. The people running the business and in charge of communicating with clients, are horrible. No communication. Constantly having to follow up. Unbelievable.. and get the invoice- unless you pay etransfer, there is a 4% admin fee for debit or credit.. unreal.. how is debit different than etransfer? You get the money right away.. clearly trying to make extra money here.. and even if they were trying to tack on service charges for the machine etc to process payment, it wouldn’t be that much per transaction (4% of our $1800 is

The men who came to work on my very large, damaged maple tree were knowledgeable, polite and friendly. They did a beautiful job in trimming the tree and removing dead branches as well as cleaning up, raking, leaf blowing and sweeping up any debris. The job was done in a timely manner even though the men were very thorough. The cost of the very big job was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this highly professional service. Thank you!

They priced the job in a timely fashion. When they couldn’t come on the planned date due to inclement weather, they, called and rebooked at our convenience.
They cut down a tree that overhung an embankment. They cleaned up afterwards and overall did a fabulous job. All of these men were polite and pleasant.
Should we need to have another tree removed we wouldn’t hesitate to have them back.

I met Tim and his crew last week at my property in Portland. They were dispatched by Bell Canada to trim trees that were interfering with the bell line in preparation for a service upgrade. The men were courteous and professional. They took great care to ensure that any surrounding trees and bushes were not affected by the work. They left the property exactly as they found it.
