Both our cars' side windows were smashed overnight. The next day Mike was able to pick-up both vehicles, give us new & used options for the glass replacement & promptly drop off both cars once repaired. The staff was excellent to deal with & very professional.

Mike and Scott at Autofocus could not have been more helpful to me after my car window got broken shortly before Christmas. After calling round all glass repair shops in Kelowna to find that the window I needed was not stocked and no longer manufactured, I didn't know what I was going to do. Mike went to pick'n'pull for me the same day to extract a replacement for me; they then fitted it the next day in under 2 hours. They were super helpful and very professional, completing the work exactly as promised and leaving the car interior spotless. Highly recommend! Thank you so much, Autofocus.

Scott and Mike were amazing with their customer service. I am from out of town and my car was broken into while visiting Kelowna. They made sure my car was vacuumed out and taped up to drive around in the meantime. When the glass wasn’t able to make it to Kelowna in time for my drive home due to the floods- they even called suppliers of where I was headed to make sure they had windshields available. I can not recommend them enough!

On a recent visit to Kelowna, there was an attempted break in to my vehicle on a Friday evening. The side window was broken but replacement glass was not available within the time frame that we were in Kelowna. This business went out of its way to fit the window frame and seal it with cardboard and plastic. It was so well done that we were able to travel through the mountains to Alberta without much noise or air movement. We were surprised and appreciative to find that there was no charge for this service. I really wish we had been there long enough to get the window fixed too. On another note

Mike was an absolute beauty. I had my vehicle in a nearby tire shop and wasn't able to make it over in order to transport the vehicle to Mike's shop for my windshield appointment... not even a problem - Mike zipped over, grabbed the vehicle, and had it done before end of day even though the tire shop was running a bit late with their work at this busy time of year. Super quick and convenient, very professional, and car was detailed... even made a compliment on the new tires while I was on my way out the door - it's the little things! Will be back and would recommend Autofocus to anyone!

If I could give 1000 stars, I would!!! I had a glass emergency on a Sunday and nobody else was open! Scott was amazing. Met me at the shop and let me use the courtesy car so I could get my daughter to school on Monday! My rear window was replaced in just 2 days and looks like new!! I'm so happy I used Autofocus and will definitely go back if I need glass replaced (fingers crossed I don't :) I highly recommend this business for any glass needs!
