But despite the computer problems, the Zarr Tech team rescued my data and provided the support to finalize the backup and to transport the entire infrastructure to a new system quickly. He has a positive and friendly attitude and, unlike me, worked in a very calm and methodical way to resolve the problem.

Fantastic customer service! Matthew has established an excellent business model. My laptop hard-drive failed at 9 pm and I had a grant deadline the next day by midnight. I called Matthew at 9 pm and he showed up at my house at 8 am the next day. He diagnosed the problem, installed a top of the line solid state drive and recovered all my data. It only took him 5 hours to do all of this work. He then delivered the laptop back to me, good as new, with all my software re-installed. He went above and beyond.

I work for Fab-Con and since we moved into our new office, we were facing some technical difficulties. I called Zarr Tech to come in and help up set up our computers network system and to help us with some of our accounting software issues.
They came on time, they fixed everything in a timely fashion and were extremely polite!
