Outstanding service! I went in just to look and ended up walking out with new boots, bindings, and a snowboard.
The woman who helped me, Ash, was extremely knowledgeable and spent close to an hour helping me find the perfect boots and set-up. It turns out that what I was originally looking to buy wouldn't have been a good match for how I intend to ride.
All around great atmosphere, staff, and service! The worst part is that I have to wait until next season to ride my new board 😅

I purchased a pair of snowboard boots online and they were too small so I had to return them. I was charged an extra 100$ to return the boots. So basically, I spent 100$ for NOTHING!!! And on top, the customer service is not impressive !Make sure you don’t return anything because it will cost you!!! I’ll never order from this company again!

Picked up my first e-bike from Outabounds. Jeff and Bree made it a fun, and learning experience! Yes it was challenging with the COVID19 guidelines in place, but we all made it work!!! This is my second bike I have purchased from Outabounds and would reccommend anyone looking for a "brand" name bike to purchase it from the Outabound's team!!!

Best Crew, Best Service. Was in this spring and wanted to get a new powder setup for the season. They totally listened and set me up with a setup that I ABSOLUTELY COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH! I ended up with this years Lib Tech Orca with Union Falcor bindings and its a powder machine!! Thanks Jeff and the crew for being sooooo awesome!!!
