Excellent health care. With regular sessions I saw improvement to recover from serious injury. The staff made me feel welcome and put in maximum effort to help me see results. Also, Cross Works took me as a patient amongst the difficult times of 2021 when most places were closed and turning me away. Top notch health care.

This placs is the real deal.
You walk in and feel welcomed immediately. Staff is super friendly and accommodating.
I have had extensive work done by Jenny and Jayme. They have helped with past concussions, shoulder and back injuries. They have made me feel better both physically and emotionally. It is never is easy feeling broken.
I highly recommend this place and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I am a huge fan of Cross Works and I always look forward to my weekly appointments. I see both Jenny and Ryan, and both physios are fantastic, kind and very knowledgeable. What I like most about Cross Works is the patient experience. At Cross Works, you are not just a number - your visit is not just a quick in and out. The physios take the time to get to know you and your lifestyle. They treat you for the FULL half hour (this is unheard of at most physios!)
I also love how Cross Works encourages an active lifestyle - you are not just given a stretch and told to rest - you are given exercises to

I started at Cross Works with complaints of sore hips and feet. After about 6 or 7 sessions with a great physiotherapist I walked out with no pain at all. The treatments I received and exercises I was shown continue to relieve my pain. It was money and time well spent. I would highly recommend Cross Works Physiotherapy to anyone who has physical discomfort or minor pain.

Personally, I have suffered from piriformis syndrome since 2012 before finding long-term relief. I experienced myself using one leg or hip more and compensating for the weaker (or hurting) hip created some muscular imbalances. I could not sit comfortably , sleeping was a problem , stairs and simple walking came with considerably life altering pain.
You can guess how much time I spent online researching. I literally tried everything under the sun, read every single post and article online, did a ton of stretches, exercises, yoga, and injections along with every treatment or therapy I was referred

I first met my one and only physiotherapist probably 15 years ago. I had tendinitis in both shoulders and she worked on me diligently until dry needling cured my shoulder and arm pain.
I was pain free for years until arthritis entered my elderly life. Once again, she is thoroughly and patiently coming to my rescue.
I will always be grateful for her help

I had physio a few years ago, at another business in town - and was frustrated with the lack of progress and seemingly endless appointments without any effective solutions. I eventually ended it, and got alternative treatments which solved my issue.
With a recent shoulder issue I thought I'd try it again - and I had the fortunate privilege of being treated by Jenna Veens over the course of a few months. Jenna was intuitive, talented, sensitive and witty. She treated me with professional care. I saw continued progress and even she suggested I skip weeks because of my progress.
