OMG! What a great car dealership to work with! After purchasing a new truck I had an issue 5 minutes after I left their dealership. Terry and Tracy went out of their way to fix the problem as soon as possible and were very apologetic. I would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from this shop. Very honest and pleasant to deal with.

Had a fantastic purchase experience at North Country, which was really pleasing after a less than stellar experience in the area. North Country has solid inventory, fair pricing, and a professional crew. Rob is fantastic: friendly and genuinely interested, very accommodating, not pushy or manipulative in the least. He helped tackle one issue after another. From the financing to the detailing, even dropping off a set of tires at my house to save me a trip, Rob made our purchase process smooth and pleasant. I bought a 🍋lemon....seemed like a good deal $10,500 34,000 km cheverolet Malibu 2011.
Should have had a professional look it over. After 4 month battery was dead, power steering failed when I was mid turn, 2 recall fixes, after 1 yr struts, and now solenoids were messed and the engine has metal in it because of lack of maintenance before I purchased it. Engine is toast. It was not a good deal. Thanks Country Town and Auto....I guess I will make lemonade!! 🍋
