Went in this afternoon and asked if a slice had capicollo on it, as I can't stand capicollo and wanted to be sure it was pepperoni. Was told the slices available were only pepperoni, even though there were clearly two different kinds available. Took my first bite, realized it was in fact capicollo, asked for an exchange or refund, and was told I would get neither as I'd already started to eat my slice. Spent $4.00 for a bite of pizza I didn't even want. What a joke, will never go back.

Our pit stop from the Island to Calgary, we stayed at the plaza downtown another review I should make as the two gentlemen at the front desk were incredibly helpful, old hotel but super cool and clean! Anyway back to the pizza review, looking for a vegan place to eat and Pi Pizza was a walkable destination …. I have never tasted such a great vegan and gluten pizza ever, truly mind blowing anyone Vegan or not should try this. 🤤 My mother had a classic Hawaiian pizza, she said it was as good as Paul’s pizza. Any Albertan would know that is a hard pizza to measure up too. Was friendly and accommodating

Worst experience ever with this place!! Waited over 2 hours for pizza, called a few times and they had actually forgot us…. I Then cancelled my order with them… they still charged me, they should have cancelled the charge once I cancelled over the phone. When I happen to see the charge a week later… Probably would have kept my money if I hadn’t seen it on my cc. Best part.. the owner made me go through my credit card company to get the refund after he told me he would etransfer me!! Held my money random for 45 days! Owner also is okay with his staff lying to customers and him. What a joke

We ordered pizza at 6:00 and it didn’t show up until 7:45. When it did finally show up I was very disappointed. The crust was burnt on all three pizzas and there was barely any cheese. The only positive part of the experience was the delivery driver. Honestly i’ve had a better pizza from panago… was not worth the calories 😒 save your time and your $.

To make a very long story short. The pizza took 2 hrs to arrive. It was the wrong order when it arrived. Cold!! We were absolutely starving. When I phoned back to let them know our order was wrong. The solution was 30% off our next order. Big deal. Because they were to busy to rectify the situation. "We are in the middle of a rush", the person said over the phone. Maybe, so. I was very disappointed with this restaurant. I made an order on their website for a large pizza and pre-paid for the order online before it was delivered. After I paid, I got forwarded to a page which showed payment confirmation and said the order would be delivered in 60 to 70 minutes. I thought it was a long lead time but was fine with it.

Be careful when ordering the 10" pizzas apparently the only crust option is Gluten-free and is not clear when ordering online. received my order of 2 pizzas for $45 that looked and tasted worse than a cheap… frozen pizza from the grocery store. called and was pretty much told it was my fault that I didn't see the GF however they did offer to give 30% on my next order

The day we arrived in Kamloops after a long drive across the country from Toronto, we decided to grab take-out from Pi and were not disappointed. We ordered over the phone and told the pizza would be ready in 20 mins.
When we got to the restaurant, there was a window that we could grab our order from so we didn't need to go inside. We got a medium (good for 2 people since it has 8 slices) Canadian pizza on thin crust along with an order of their twice-baked chicken wings and garlic dip. The pizza was delicious with a good ratio of toppings. My only comment would be that I wish the crust

Great Pizza but menu and web site prices do not match what you'll be charged at the till. There was a "price change " last summer but some how the menus and web site haven't been updated. We how a business can demand you pay a higher price than is on the menu once you get to the til is beyond me. Yes prices go up but to do it this why is nothing but unethical and dishonest. At least tell the customer at time of ordering about the price discrepancy.

My boyfriend and I were passing through Kamloops on a BC road trip and needed food ASAP before we faded away into nothing. So decided to sit on the patio there to people watch and chill with a Great Dane and his rescued dog buddy.
Had a couple of very fresh slices of the Greek pizza. Good but not my favourite style of crust as thin crust is Queen. Loved that they had chili flakes and oregano on the side. Olive oil would've been a nice thing to add though.
Also, super nice guys working here! Went out of their way to find a bottle of wheat beer for me :)

We went here for date night. The pizza was top notch, served on a platter. We tried the sweet pesto veggie pizza. The service was great considering there was just 1 bro running the dine in side and the pizza window side. I just wish this place would update/renovate the dining room, so its nicer to bring the wife out to.

Nice little pizza joint. We ate here while stying in Kamloops for one night on our way to Lake Louise. Nice little quirky place. Pizza was great and the service was equally good. They even had games to play such as trivial pursuit and others. We played Trivial Pursuit for a bit while waiting for our pizza and when we were done. Nice place and I would definitely recommend it to anyone going to Kamloops. Reasonably priced as well. We were there on a motorcycle trip in August. Just catching up.....

We had the teriyaki chicken wings and the pepperoni mushroom green pepper pizza. Both were really good. The pizza is old fashioned thick crust lots of cheese & great flavour. The chicken wings were really tasty & meaty. We were here on Saturday Aug 26 around 7 pm & we had the place to ourselves; the waitress was friendly & attentive. A local business person had recommended this place for pizza & did not disappoint. The wings cost about $10 for 10 & the pizza was around $22 for a large plus our two drinks the bill came to $50 with tip. I'd go back & I recommend it
