General services involve maintaining any part of your vehicle that is at risk for regular wear and tear. This includes maintenance services for items such as brakes, wheels, tires, wiper blades, timing belts, and much more. Oil changes are the most frequent preventative maintenance service for any vehicle.
Absolutely the best customer service. They do a great job with any issue to do with my vehicle and pricing is comparable to most garages and is worth the service. I couldn't recommend the team at CarDoc more. As you can imagine, finding a reliable and trustworthy mechanic in this day and age can be extremely difficult, so I was very lucky that I happened upon this shop shortly after moving to Pickering 2.5 years ago.

I’m car illiterate. Unless you’re a car mechanic yourself, dealing with a repair shop requires a leap of faith. I always put my best effort forward in paying attention to what the mechanic says (and does), trying to identify clues that could reveal whether I’m being bamboozled. My leaps of faith are now a bit more calculated, given the many past… disappointments.

Had amazing service with this team! Had an issue with my vehicle that I had even taken in to the dealership and they had repaired it improperly. Then I took it to Car Doc, and they figured out what the issue was and fixed it and had my car back to me in no time. Also they always make sure to let me know what services I should be doing on my vehicle to keep it running smooth and efficient. Thanks a lot for all your help guys!
