Called a few place to get my (pretty expensive) tv repaired. Most of them told me they couldn't repair it, parts were impossible to find, etc etc. Then I called Sam at Décarie TV. He called 15 minutes later, telling me what the problem was, that he could order the part from Tronto, overnight delivery, just bring it in. Brought it in Wednesday, he got the part the next day, Friday he called me telling my TV was fixed, no problem at all. They installed a plexi on the screen during the repairs to protect it. Left the plexi on it for my transportation. Guarantee comes with their work. Strongly recommend

Least professional and rudest service town!
Stay away from this place! Wish there was -5 stars
I asked him to write an estimate for me to repair the TV under my warranty. He wrote me a small piece of useless paper that when I sent BestBuy they said it lacks information.
I tried to call him to provide a better estimate, and before I finish he started yelling and saying he has not time for this and hanged up

On two words: Magnificent Service!
I dealt with the owner Sam - brought him an old but much prized, high-quality, double-deck video recorder that had "died". He quickly diagnosed the problem but couldn't locate a replacent part. He then went online with his network of cronies and wound-up buying a similar, for-parts-only-model in the USA, from which he extracted the needed part for my machine!
Now, that is SERVICE my friends!

My husband, Ron, hired Sam to fix his Toshiba big screen TV set. The bulb burnt out and needed to be replaced. As promised, Sam arrived this afternoon with the bulb. He not only replaced the broken bulb, Sam spent time adjusting the TV colours, the tints, the screen angles, etc...etc...

I went today to repair my electronic deadbolt door lock. My contractor accidentally cut the electronic wire during installation, so I googled and found their store in my neighborhood.
I brought the wire in the store it took them less than 5 min to repair it.
I imagine maybe because it is a quick job, they did it for free. I was amazed by the service of this local store.
Very honest family business, I recommend it anyone who need their electronic fixed.
