We have a beautiful bathroom! This company went above and beyond making sure of the quality of their craft shone to perfection in the finished beauty of our new bathroom. Both my wife and I are very pleased with the finished product done by Beautiful baths. The installer Darcy was fantastic and kept us appraised when and if any questions needing answers to any potential hiccups. They were very professional, extremely clean, polite, courteous and friendly. I can't say any more from the excellent service provided by Chris and his team. The finished product was comparable to night and day.
The job did go over the original estimate of 2 days a little, but quite understandable, as there was a couple of hidden issues behind the walls that surprised us

We had Beautiful Baths do a complete renovation on our main bathroom complete with flooring, vanity, toilet, tub and acrylic surround. From the initial consultation with Chris to the final inspection with Darcy the whole team was very professional and enjoyable to deal with. There were a few added details that Darcy and his team handled in stride and explained fully all the work that was required.

We are delighted with our beautiful new bathroom. Darcy and Paul were terrific guys, fast and very pleasant to have in the house. Aside from a few small, fixable glitches, the bath is exactly as we expected- lovely. It was on the pricey side but you get what you pay for.

Beautiful baths came across very well at the beginning and then failed to meet my expectations. The selection made for the bathrooms was limited and we had to source most of the items ourselves. We were interested in a proper bathroom to suit a historic home, not a room in a Holiday Inn Express. The two bathrooms that we had remodelled were generally done in a two week time period, yet there was a lot of down time due to coffee breaks, getting parts, etc.
I noted on the side of the truck that there were three locations and was later told that two of them have not been operational for a long time
