I went to Nail art 360 and the girl who did my nails she told me she is from KH silver nail. She was not professional at all. She was not even listening what i was saying she was busy in talking to some other girl in their language. she applied some other colour on my nails which i dint even asked for. Such a pathetic customer service. never going again

I got my nails done here in MAY 2021 and it started with my thumb, spread to 3 other fingers, I've done 3 rounds of antibiotics, and it keeps coming back. I asked for a refund, took her days to finally give me a refund after belittling my reasons for wanting a refund. I have kids and she said "how do you know bacteria didn't come from them causing this". I've had my nails done numerous times since being a parent and not once have I ever had issues, I clean my hands. The doctors have said it is infection caused from unsanitary nail tools. This is months later, and I'm STILL trying to get rid of

I have been to a few places in town, and I’ve always had issues with lifting which sucks when you spend money on your nails. I keep coming back to this place because it’s good quality, good value, the people that work there are really friendly, no snotty attitudes. Ya it’s not super new and flashy but I personally prefer it over a lot of other places. I recommend this place.

I booked in for a classic mani and pedi. They used gel.polish on my friend after we said no gel. They charged us and refused to charge us for a standard mani. Both nail techs were extremely rough and rude! After asking to be charged what we booked in for and requested no one would speak to us in english.
The also charged for my nail file and shaping my nail without notifying me. The manicure was literally 20 min. No hand massage.
Lady running the til was extremely rude.
I will NEVER go back.

got my nails done here three days ago one broke the very next day and then i went to get it fixed and it broke again. they were very aggressive with it and my nail was very sensitive after the appointment. i would recommend finding another place.

My friend and I went here to get our acrylic nails done. I had a picture of what I wanted and showed the nail technician. She said she could do it but designs would cost $70. So I thought that’s semi expensive however I figured it would be my money’s worth. It took about 1.5 hours to get my nails done, and the designs are a little off. My friend had gotten the acrylic glued to her nail but was waiting beside me for a good 20-30 mins before someone started doing hers again. They took three of us at the end of their day when we made a spontaneous decision to get our nails done. My sister got a great manicure just as she wanted, I switched to a pedicure and even with my broken toe I was so well taken care of!! Tina did my pedicure and she was so gentle around my foot and kept checking in, ensuring I was comfortable with what she was doing, and so my anxiety that she'd bump my broken toe disappeared. Bella is amazing! So professional and friendly. I got my nails done by her about a month ago and I kid you not I have been given compliments on them over 10 times a day! AWFUL experience. My friend and I had an appointment for 4:30 pm for 2 full sets of acrylics and we didn't leave until 7 pm. I asked for acrylics but they told me that since my natural nails were long I shouldn't. When I told them my natural nails aren't strong and will break they continued to push me and I eventually caved. And when my friend asked for her acrylics to be shortened the woman refused, telling her it would look "ugly." The nails were ok, but the customer service was terrible, I'll never be going back and I advise you not to waste your time and money

So impressed. I've been on the hunt for a good salon, I'm very picky I like nail art, so this is about the 5th Salon I've tried in Victoria. I was able to show her a picture of what I wanted Jos, my nail tech, did such an amazing job, exactly what I wanted.
My pedicure was one of the best I've had it lasted an hour at my feet felt terrific. I would highly recommend this place.

Well... this salon was honestly very shifty. I ver generously bought my sister a full set of nails for her birthday. They did an alright job, she told me he was pretty nice, and the nails are pretty mediocre. But the real kicker was that at the end of her acrylics, the little buggers said that there was no money on the gift card. I was furious. And at the end of the day, even though I paid for a FULL set of nails, they made her pay extra. Don't recommend, they won't fix your problems.

Awful experience. Me and my friend booked an appointment for 6:30 pm. We got there and they started on my friend 5 mins after her appointment time, it took me literally until 7:15 pm to get started on my nails. The whole point of this was to get our nails done together. Halfway through sticking the acrylic nails on my friends fingers, the nail tech leaves to give someone a pedicure. Jesse really cares about making beautiful nails for his clients. It really makes a difference which nail technician you book with. I specifically requested Jesse this time and was so very happy with my nails. Get compliments on them every day. So thin that I have no more trouble picking things up. A little on the sharp side so I need to be careful not to scratch myself but I did ask for a pointy style. Made an pedicure appointment for 5pm for my friend and I, they made us wait until 530 because they took too many walk in clients. They didn't have the colors my friend and I chose, so they kind of just chose whatever color they wanted. They weren't very thorough with the actual pedicure, and they had my pedicure started about 15 minutes before my friends so we were done at different times. They kicked me out of the chair after my pedicure was done and didn't even let me sit in the chair and wait for my friend. The actual gel polish I got was good but I would not reccomend this place

What was supposed to be a lovely Mother/Daughter pedi turned into a horrible experience. My daughter's foot was burned by the curing light. She told the woman doing her pedi, who only offered to put oil or lotion on the red spots. 2 other employees felt the light unit and agreed it was very hot to the touch. The 'manager' came over and disputed that her foot had been burned...out right argued that it couldn't be possible since they use top of the line Opi lights. When asked for a discount the 'manager' said come back tomorrow and if the skin is peeling we will refund

This place USED TO BE good - I don't know if they are under new management but the services have really gone downhill and customer service is atrocious! TWO HOURS for an acrylic refill for my daughter and then told that they did not have time for the polish she requested. They did a very poor job on the polish and then charged her full price to have it fixed. Manager refused to speak to me - staff said that she was too busy even though my daughter was in the salon at the time and said there was hardly anyone there! My daughter sat there with a partial manicure as three new customers came in and got service. Only after specifically asking if she was going to be finished did the woman doing my nails rush through to do her nails. This place has nice employees but TERRIBLE management.

I was going to my home country on a wedding and I wanted to get my nails done I was confused at first but there is a girl name Belle/ Bella, sorry don't remember the name exactly. She did my powder ombré nails. I don't know y other reviewers gave bad reviews but my visit was good, not bad. I will definitely visit again. That's true they were but in a hurry. Went in for a shellac manicure today -- They were very flexible with changing my appointment time. One of the more thorough shellac removals I've ever had without damaging my natural nails. Just be aware that they have recently changed their prices so a shellac manicure is more pricey than other places.

Terrible salon. Was rushed through my pedicure that I spent $70 dollars on. Was told I needed to go and sit in the manicure chairs before my pedicure was finished as someone else needed my seat. My 12 year old daughter came and had a manicure and they cut her finger.

I had my worst nail salon experience here and will not go back.
I had to move chairs mid way through, no biggie. The service was uncomfortable and barely any massage and the 30 second massage you did get was light and not relaxing like the other salons in town. The massage chair also didn't work.
The thing that really upset me was that for some reason my nail polish wouldn't stay on, I was getting shellac. I have a business but left my business phone in my car so I could relax. But this was taking so long and nail polish needed to be added over and over and would still not stay and

This was an AWFUL experience. I booked an appointment a day in advance and when I arrived I was placed in a sort of waiting line with 3 women ahead of me. This one man was going between 3 women in a rotation, incredibly unprofessional! This salon is COMPLETELY efficiency over customer service. In the "sanitization" jar there were pieces of skin and nails floating around, and the counters obviously hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. My nails afterwards were horrible, they chipped the next day and they are patchy and lumpy. I will never go back there and I will deter anyone from
