Christopher Simmonds Architect Inc. is pleased to work with you in a way that suits the needs of your project by offering a number of services. We can do a Feasibility Study that determines the suitability of the site for the project in question.
This may involve; site evaluation and analysis (looking at the constraints and opportunities), including building code and zoning regulation review to ensure the project would be in compliance; space programming outlining the desired interior and exterior spaces and their uses; and creating a conceptual design of the site and building based on the programming.Working with us takes the pressure off you.

Superior Design: We could talk for hours on the importance of good design but in a nutshell - we work with you to ensure your home is perfectly designed for you. There are the practical issues of number and size of rooms of course - but good design is much more than that. The key is to design your home so it is tailored to the unique way you live.
It was a true pleasure working with Christopher Simmonds and the other creative minds on his team. We were delighted by their care in eliciting and refining our requirements, attention to detail and their inclusive, interactive working style. Our challenge to Christopher Simmonds Architect was to design a new, highly efficient green home for an older in-town neighbourhood.
