Poor customer service, poor communication amongst their staff , continuous employee mistakes. Boat in for repair in August and 4 months later there are repairing it in the dead of winter! I have no idea if it’s even really repaired as I have to wait till May to fire it up, then they wanted another $300 on top of $1500 repair to store boat till… spring on the lot where it’s been for the past 4 month’s waiting for them to repair. I do not recommend this business and will never do business there again. I spent a full day clearing snow in my yard so I wouldn’t be gouged

This has been by far, the worst experience I have ever had with any sort of service industry. I have lived all over Canada, been a customer to many different service shops for cars, trucks, and other sort of mechanic type services. At Performance Marine, although the management did try to help and was nice to me, the service was extremely slow,… unreliable, and costly. My boat was at their shop for almost a total of 7 weeks. I had had enough with delays and picked up my boat as is. $2000 later, I still don't have a running boat and the shop had only troubleshooted. I paid $2000 for them

Bought a used boat not even from them but from a gentleman that had it serviced there, with one call the assured me it was a good boat to buy without even trying to push a sale, I will carry the servicing with them as they were super helpful even gave me tips on keeping the boat. Great bunch of people there.

Lost an entire summer due to their incompetence in sourcing and installing the upgrades to our Legend. To help patch things up, they offered to store our boat for the winter. However, they couldn’t even pick up the phone to inform us of a break in to their yard. We had no idea until we went to pick up our boat in May. The break in was in December!… Not sure they would have said anything about it had we not pulled the tarp off to check out the trolling motor and Lowrance system that we had already waited a full season for. Lost more time on the water, as we had to deal with insurance
