Yes, we carry all of Osaki, Titan, Human Touch massage chairs at our showroom and it's open to public. All orders are processed via our website; we accept the following credit cards: Visa & MasterCard. Items will only be shipped to billing address. Alternate shipping address will be allowed, if the alternate address is put in the notes section of the credit card issuer (Alternate address Not applicable to Quebec region).
Detailed information in regards to your products and company are welcomed. For overseas supplier please include any certifications or registrations that are available. Detailed product warranty information is required which will be directly faxed or e-mailed to Titan World. In order to process the application in a fast manner all information must be detailed and accurate.

Daniel manager and customer service Kathy were nice, patiently and honest to help us choose the right massage chair that fit me and my wife needs. With current covid variants and social distance still effect us , massage chair is the best choice for us to relax after a long day at work. I recommend the Osaki product simply they are the best.

We booked an appointment with Daniel who was both very knowledgeable and honest. He ensured the place was very clean and went above and beyond in making recommendations and allowing us to make a decision. We ended up with the Pro Maestro which came quickly and has been absolutely amazing. 100% recommend!

I've had the pro maestro about 1 month ago now. It took 4 weeks to deliver but it was brought in and assembled. The assembly team explained how to use it and test it out before I signed off on it.
Daniel who sold it to me was very knowledgeable and low pressure sales despite it being an appointment based visit.

Highly recommend, bought a massage chair approximately 2 years ago, great service, very helpful in providing information, and Daniel is very knowledgable, a genuine good guy. My parents love the chair, I would buy from him again. This is the place to buy a massage chair in the GTA, I did alot of research before purchasing, and I am glad I found Titan. This review is very late, but thank you! The chair is still great!
