Through discovery and design, we've been actively exploring the diverse needs, ideas and solutions for our clients.
Using precise laser measuring equipment, we can produce accurate measured drawings for existing houses and buildings. With our creativity and careful input, your ideas come to life. Design schemes are created and based on your choices, a final design is produced using Autocad and Revit software. 3D Models are often created to produce realistic renders of our designs.
Our first step is the Introduction Meeting. Designing a new home or renovation is an important decision, so it's imperative you feel confident that your designer can create a home that captures the essence of you and your family. Our first step is usually a consultation with our team. It's our chance to meet each other and learn more about your project before you decide to move forward.

I recently engaged Matthew and his team at Perspective Views for one of my investment property projects. Being a novice at this, I did not know what to expect. I have to say, it has been an amazing experience so far. Not only did they perform the initial assessment thoroughly, they sat me down and went over each design (7), explaining it in detail to me. Matthew and his team are always there to answer any "novice" questions I might have and are extremely patient as well.

We are working on a mixed-use renovation project in Hamilton with Matthew Ribau and his team at Perspective Views. I was recently onsite with two of his associates, Andrew and Joseph, doing a site measurement for "as-built" drawings. This is a routine exercise (although the building is older and oddly-shaped, so it was more challenging). What impressed me was the professionalism and good-natured positivity of the experience. I never once considered when starting to work with Perspective Views that they would be the cause of the most stress and additional expense in my construction project. The worst of many problems was the inability to meet deadlines or to communicate effectively about them. In looking back at email and text communications, I can count at least five dozen deadlines that Perspective Views themselves gave for delivery of certain items, which they then missed without giving any communication that their own deadlines would be missed. It's difficult to communicate just how stressful it was to have days
