I recently went to TCC for my 2nd procedure with Dr Giannoulias and both times were wonderful. From consultation, to surgery. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering getting a procedure. They go above and beyond to ensure they give you the result that you want. Also, the pre op nurse Andrea is phenomenal. Overall an incredible team of people.

I came here for breast augmentation and liposuction. I asked if I could go half a size up but he said we only have 260g as the smallest so I said it's fine. After 5 months I went back and he said we have 100g and if you want them you have to pay the full price again which is unreasonable. In the contract it says revision is only half price. After 5 months and $20,000 spent, all the fat from liposuction is back and I have two scars :( which I can't get rid of

I would NOT recommend this clinic to anyone. The doctor was so unprofessional. When consulting with me regarding my concerns he had a terrible demeanor and I felt like he was pushy about getting a procedure that I had no plans on getting. I would never spend my money with someone who does not care about the person and their desires. It was so clear that his only concern was money. He does not care about you and what it is your looking for. He was so unethical it was a joke. I walked right out of the office. Do your research!!!

I had a consultation booked and no one phoned. When I called to ask why this happened(three days later), I was told “well we forgot”.
Definitely not comfortable getting surgery from a place that can’t be bothered to even follow through with a call.

I had lipo and BBL with Dr. Levine 2 weeks ago. I am already obsessed with my results and I’m not even healed yet. The day of surgery the nurses were so amazing and made me feel so comfortable that I was barely nervous. I’ve already had 2 follow ups and I’m scheduled for a 3rd in 3 more weeks. I highly recommend dr Levine and Toronto cosmetic clinic and I will be returning for future procedures.

I am very happy with the results. Lori was professional and friendly, the procedure was completely painless and my lips look great. I was specific about wanting a natural, subtle look and that's exactly what I got. There was no swelling whatsoever after the injection. The only downside is that it was a bit pricey but that may be specific to the product that was used (I was given a cheaper option but went for the more expensive one).

Great customer service, the ladies working there are always pleasant. beautiful waiting area with tv and magazines/ before and after pic book. They even offer you a drink while you wait. The clinic offers none surgical and surgical procedures which i love because it makes it a one stop shop :) their facials and microdermabrasion are similarly priced to other places. Ive had cool sculpting here and they make you feel at home while the treatment is done in a private room with Netflix tv and a drink.

Lori, their obnoxious Nurse injector injected my cheeks with Voluma. It looked terrible. I looked like i had apples on my cheeks for a year, that really fake look that no one wants. I should have dissolved it, but hesitated because It was so over priced, and I spent so much on it. 650$! For one ml of filler. I recently (3 months ago) had a surgical procedure done here by Dr. Bendago and I am absolutely in love! Throughout the painful (totally normal) recovery I was blown away by the level of care I received from not only Dr.B but the whole team. The RN's were so sweet and caring and the home visit by a nurse the next day after surgery was awesome. The girls at the desk, especially Erin, were so accommodating and they were very open when giving me advice for anything I needed help with. I wanted to get a procedure done so naturally I researched many different clinics. I was shocked to find out that a woman DIED under a doctor's care here. Do a search on liposuction death toronto comsmetic clinic, and see what comes up. Turns out the doctor who performed the operation is not a qualified plastic surgeon, but a GP!! This to me is the worst abuse of trust I can imagine. I am sooo glad I did my research because I can't imagine being comfortable putting my body in the hands of a place where a patient died after a procedure.

Had my breast augmentation done here. Made a few appointments to consult. But my surgeon couldn't attend any of them. Then found out a week before surgery my surgeon was on vacation the day of. I had booked 6 months in advance mind you. So i had to do surgery 4days later and extend my vaycation time. Finally met my surgeon 10min before surgery. And we had a quick consultation because I knew what I wanted. And he said the size I wanted would be the largest he could probably fit. But he did fit them and their great. Do not go to this clinic for injections! I've had my lips done here before, and the nurse injects under your lip upward where the soft tissue is. I got a lump on the left side of my lip and it drooped, I had to have this corrected! Prices here re nothing special and it's also a surgical clinic... very worrisome that injections can go wrong would never in my wildest dreams imagine going back.

Came in for a consult spoke to Lori "nurse". She is rude not welcoming at all, she seemed like she was on some sort of drug! And priced me with 2mins at an overwhelming price! Didn't even explain what the procedure was and told me the results are 100%... not to mention her attire she looks like she's going to some hookers club!!! This place needs to re evaluate their staff especially LORI!

I actually think this place deserve a negative star, at least negative 3, if I had that star level choice. I went into the clinic one and a half years ago, somehow they had better reviews back then, so I thought I was in good hands. I do not like getting multiple "follow up" calls" which are basically them trying to sell me on more injections, especially when it's only 4 months later and the filler should last at least a year. It comes off like the money I've spent is not enough and that they don't look at your face in terms of how to improve it aesthetically, but rather, how to improve their bottom line.

This place is a complete scam. The staff are unqualified and incompetent. An all-dressed-up bimbo does the consults that should most definitely be done by licensed medical doctors. I would much rather see a physician in a lab coat doing my consult, over some unqualified glamour chick who doesn't know the first thing about keys aspects to address when considering a patient for surgery. The nurse that works here is Lori, and she's completely unpleasant to deal with. i spent 2000 dollars on lip injections in a 2 week span because she kept telling me that the first time around, the lips don't have a base so it doesn't take as well. needless to say, 2000 dollars later and THREE syringes within a TWO WEEK SPAN, and my lips aren't even noticeably different. it looks pathetic. i called

Not a place I have seen good results from for laser hair removal. Did 6 sessions following the exact timelines they recommended and it all grew back. Even the technician that looked at it agreed.
Unfortunately all the TCC offered was a couple of additional sessions that I knew would not work after seeing no results after 6 sessions. I have no time to waste. Would not recommend this place.

This is an amazing clinic. The ladies at the front are awesome, Lori is awesome... Everyone makes you feel welcomed, not just like dollar signs. I've been having procedures for over a decade, you can see a terrible horrifying review I have under my name for elsewhere, so I can truly say, this clinic is great. The clinic is also spotless as you'd hope and expect. I came in for a service, and bought a package. Therefore, I will be back for sure!
