I brought my Harmon Kardon sound bar to be fixed. The owner said that he could repair it, so I left it with him. Some time later, he called to say that it seemed fine, I told him the problem and he said he would do further testing. A few days later called to say that it needed new parts, and had to be fixed. we agreed on a price and days later I was told to pick it up as it was working perfectly. I went in paid and took home only to find that it didn't work at all. I took it back and asked what he had done.
