I was referred to Pang Surveys by my realtor, I had them do the RPR for my commercial property. I initially had some communication issues with the process. In the end after escalating the issue, someone contacted me, confirmed that the issues were being addressed and resolved the issues that they could.

I have used W. Pang Surveys twice. Once when I purchased my home and again when I just sold the same place. I appreciate the discount offered since I was only updating the old report on my most recent transaction. Professional and courteous service. We hired W. Pang Surveys Inc to complete a property survey at hour home so that we could submit a RPR (Real Property Report) to our garage builder. We were very pleased with the two surveyors that came to our home - Matt & Carson. They were quick, efficient and respectful. I had no idea what was involved to complete the survey - well worth the fee. I happily and confidently recommend W. Pang Surveys Inc.

With the unfortunate circumstance with some file leaving our house from a previous live in Nanny... My wife and I are looking to put our house up for sale. Last year we employed Pang Serveys to do a RPR. We called and asked them for a signed copy and they told us we would have to pay the discounted rate of $495.00 for them as they would need to do another report. (Cash Grab)
After calling other surveyors in the city they said they would have no problem at no charge provide a copy!
Pang has no customer service, although we are not in the business of getting a lot of surveys done, we will be doing
