Excellent customer service. Rob C and Johnny were amazing to deal with. They answered ALL of our questions, made good and reasonable suggestions and were very knowledgeable. What make it so excellent, was that they shared their expertise without being condescending. I highly recommend Dun-Rite for your home repair, renovation and general aluminum and vinyl needs. Years ago we bought a custom window and I am still super happy with it! They stand by their product and have a surprisingly huge warehouse.

Excellent customer service. After a horrible experience at the Welland location, we needed items that couldn't be purchased elsewhere without a long delay time. We went to the Niagara Falls location, and the service was the polar opposite to Welland. Rob was helpful, accommodating and our order arrived on time as promised. We still have 3 sides of our house and garage to re-side. We may be driving 30 minutes instead of less than 5 minutes to the Welland location, but we are willing to spend the extra time and gas to get the excellent service.

They use very poor quality glass and do not uphold warranty on their windows. Terrible customer service. AND ***RONA CARRIES THE SAME SIDING PRODUCTS FOR MUCH LESS!*** The Novik stone costs $8.00 a sqft at Dun-Rite. At Rona the regular (non-sale price) is $6.80. When on sale (like in pic) they are only $5.98. SHOP AROUND AND BUY YOUR PRODUCTS ELSEWHERE!! Forget this place.
