After working with numerous pipeline companies, we identified a need for spray foam in the local oil and gas industry. We are a family owned and operated business that works for oil and gas companies on a contract basis to fulfill their pipeline spray foam needs. We also provide spray foam insulation for residential and commercial clients.

Spray foam is far superior to conventional insulation methods in product effectiveness and speed. Polyurethane foam is quickly and efficiently applied with superior results, and our units are able to spray foam in all types of terrain. We are one of the most experienced and longest running spray foam companies in the Peace region (20+ years).
Services
Established in 2000, McCormick Ventures Ltd. specializes in polyurethane spray foam applications for the oil and pipeline industries in Fort St. John and surrounding areas. We have state-of-the-art equipment and skid units available for foam-spraying in all types of terrain. We also spray foam for residential and commercial use.
McCormick Ventures specializes in service to the oilfield, pipeline, and building industries using polyurethane foam. Whether it's to protect pipelines or for building insulation, our polyurethane foam is quickly and efficiently applied with superior results. We currently have three mobile units and one shop unit.
When laying pipelines, you may find yourself at an incline that can cause erosion of the land and compromise the integrity of your pipes. We offer foam breaker service superior to that of the sandbag method of erosion control. By using polyurethane erosion barriers or foam breakers, we keep ditch lines and hill sides in their respective places.
No matter the diameter or thickness of the pipeline wall, McCormick Ventures can create custom-formed pillows (pipe supports) while on the job site. If mobile service is not required, we can supply pre-made foam pillows as well. We also have wedge pillows and can assist with corrosion dig up. We sell pillows on an individual basis or in quantities up to a trailer full if needed.
If you're laying pipe in rocky conditions, you will find no better protection than using polyurethane foam that conforms to the contours of the pipe and acts as an artificial skin. The thickness of foam can be increased depending on how severe the surrounding conditions may be. You can be assured that the spray-on polyurethane foam will outperform that of wrap-on products.
