This review is based on the service experience and not sales as our sales guy was absolutely great! We got our quad about 3 months ago and it has spent over 7 weeks in the shop being repaired. Every time, it’s for the same issue as they can’t seem to figure out what the actual problem is. That’s not even my biggest issue though. As a dealer, when you have an expensive piece of equipment that someone paid you for and it’s in your shop being repaired, you should be returning that persons phone calls. I should not have to leave a message 3 or more times over the span of a week or 2 wondering

We bought our Grizzly from Brodie at West Shore Marine in 2019. Even though there was a 2 month delay from the factory, It was still a very pleasant experience. They even delivered the quad over 2 hours away right to our doorstep.
One year update. Had to get the seat recovered due to a small tare on one edge. WSM sent out a check and it was all done and taken care of in no time. Service has been excellent so far. Thanks Brodie n staff…it’s always a pleasure dealing with good people. We will be buying our next toy from you as well. Stay safe!

Snow checked my 2022 Voyageur 550 155” in the spring from Westshore
Sled arrived in late September and I picked it a few weeks ago. Service was excellent and Brodie’s team are great. All I have to say is what a great experience!!! I’m from Winnipeg and was tired of dealing with big city dealerships. I was looking for more of a small town experience and came across Westshore Marine while searching for dealerships close to the city. Purchased this UTV from Westshore Marine today and was very impressed with Randy, our sales consultant. He was very helpful and personable which helps in the buying experience. The area of concern that I have is that the manager was less than helpful in providing ANY “benefits” that would thank the customer for choosing their store. There was ZERO negotiations, ZERO deals on after market products and ZERO fuel in the gas tank. Where do I start... I chose this company originally since they seemed to be the only dealer in Manitoba with stock and they actually have a decent website which most other’s don’t. I inquired about a Polaris Sportsman 1000 XP Trail through their online form. I received a call the next day from Devin. We chatted about my options and how long it would take for my unit to come in.
On the day of pickup both Devin, Brodie, and Ashley were there to help finalize the purchase, do a once over on the unit, and answer all of my questions.
