Warren Sinclair LLP has provided innovative and intelligent solutions to its client's legal and business problems for over thirty years. The firm originated in 1979 with two lawyers and four staff, when it was called "Foster Lizee". A young Kirk Sisson was articled to James "Jim" L. Foster who had just finished serving as Alberta's Attorney General and who had returned to Red Deer to practice law again.
We have experience in acting for trustees, receivers and debtors in consumer and commercial insolvency matters. Assisting and advising clients in respect of, among other things, corporate financings, capital raising transactions, corporate governance and continuous disclosure requirements. Many of our clients seek our advice on issues related to family law, marriage, and divorce.

I called in originally for just some advice on a case that I expected would have been nothing but a bother but Charlie Langlois was helpful from the start. She gave professional advice and made me feel cared for and like my case mattered. She even managed to help me get more than I was expected to receive from my litigation. Hired a lawyer from this office to resolve an issue with a contract. After providing all the proper documents and waiting weeks, I was told there was nothing they could do. Yet I was still charged for nothing being done. I took the documents to another lawyer and it was resolved within two or three days.
