On tv. I would never go into the store . What if the
Staff talk like that?

I just picked up a pair of sapphire earrings at this store. I have been looking for this item for several years. Knew what I wanted and couldn’t find anywhere-including Inglis Jewellers. Finally, I had a sit down with Charlene. She rose to the occasion in spades. She worked with me and her designer to get me what I wanted. I appreciated her efforts and personal attention very much. She is my go to person hence forth! Thank you Charlene. You got it done for sure.

I bought a ring from Charms diamond, and I got the run around for about 16 weeks. I got a recommendation to go check out Inglis. Inglis was the only store in town that had a ring I was interested in.
We went in even though we had very little hope, but our attitude changed as soon as we spoke to John. They made us fell happy and actually listened to us. They allowed us to choose a ring we were very happy with. The ring came in very fast, and once I went to pick it up, they even remembered my name. This is what a local company should fell like, not just a number, but a name.

Not satisfied with product requested a refund. The consumer has a right to monetary return. Does this store really treat the customers with fairness I say NO.

Wonderful place! They have many pieces of jewellery to choose from and the staff are caring and won't rush you when you are browsing. The store is always clean and bright and even though i am younger they treat me with a large amount of respect!

Very personalized service they helped me with the purchase of two chains, they were so helpful and understood that one chain needed to be economical as it was for a 12 year old, I will shop local and with their location all the time, this is now 6 purchases I have made, even though I did not spend large amounts of money, they treated us like the most important customers there and my kids noticed it, thanks so much to the staff, you have long term customers.
