Hassan is the man! This dude was friendly from the moment I met him had a great attitude about life....dropped me off at my hotel and overall was just a super pleasant experience for sure....
If you need a cab from united taxi ask for Hassan and give him a big tip... Car 1107( I think)

This is the worse taxi company in fort mcmurray they purposely drive slowly or try to talk to you and distracting them from driving they will try their best to get the most money possible taking the longest route to get to a place. I strongly do t recommend this taxi service horrible.

I ride this cab because of the nicest taxi i rented yesterday was nice unfortunately he can pick me from my hotel because his at the airport area in ftmac. however united cab send a guy and he waited me and ask me to pay 40 dollar from my hotel to cibc bank fortmacmurray it take 5 minutes from my hotel to cibc and after cibc to walmart i paid 40 because he waited me at the bank heading to walmart.. but when i call united taxi again its come the same guy and he wanted me pay 20 dollar from walmart to my hotel that is just 5minutes drive wtf🤬🤬🤬. i hate people taking advantages No to united

My cab guy ripped me off by not turning on the meter and charged me $27 for a $15 cap ride

Driver arrived at the pickup point for arranged time, good communication prior to pick up, but when I asked if they could wear a mask they said drivers didn't have to if they don't want to. Uber and other taxi services across the province still require masks from both rider and drivers.

Waited for a cab for over an hour and a half trying to catch a flight. Called them to see what was going on and they said sorry the driver said the delivery was complete. It was not complete. I called Sun cabs and they cane right away. When they showed up the original cab I called showed up as well grabbed my bag and started to put it in his car even after I told him “No you guys are late im taking Sun cabs.” Not an enjoyable experience at all.

Unfortunately very disappointing taxi service. Dispatcher was not listening at all & sent the driver to the incorrect location so I had to wait 30mins past the promised time. The driver drove past me twice because he was distracted with phone calls & other things on his phone, same continued on the drive. Unsafe & frustrating experience overall, can’t wait for Uber & Lyft to come to the North.

Absolutely atrocious. Called for a cab for 6 people and they sent 2 cars so we had to pay two fairs to go to the same address, and the second cab took 20 minutes to show up but every time we called the cab was "3 minutes away".. Later called for another cab from Timberlea to Eagle Ridge and they didn't even start the metre and charged $35. Call literally any other company.

If I could 0 stars I would. SO MUCH FOR HAVING COMPASSION!! called about 130am in the morning had a couple dogs and people needing a ride and you guys said you had a cab available and on the way that was dog friendly and instead he tries running them over!!! I will NEVER use you or any of your companies again.
