Be VERY wary of this company. They are not hands on property management, they bully clients/the elderly, they are loose with laws and bylaws. The company is trouble, steer clear!
Upon reading other reviews, apparently Bryan actually works for them, but is rating them 5 stars... be VERY careful of these guys.

Asked for the same forms that were emailed years ago over and over again with unrealistic deadlines (less than 24hrs for example). Also stop sending complaints that aren't from this household. Have gotten complaints directed to us from neighbouring properties and not my own....the list goes on. Horribly run company with a powertripping manager

This company is the most mismanaged, unprofessional, and chaotic company I've seen. They violate laws, and proper procedural rules in an effort to play hero. No one has any idea what is going on when you phone, and I think the people in this company are completely unqualified and unprofessional in everything they do. My advice would be steer clear of them. Great to see that their own owner rates them 5 stars, glad you are doing a good job in your eyes.

Brian Schriver at Proguard manages our Condo at Cranberry West. The company failed to log complaints left on off hours service, as a result PG fails to follow up on any issues as a result. Brian and Progurard allows residents property & cars to be damaged to go on unchecked, they will overlook residents that break Collingwood's local bylaws on weekly rentals in our particular condo. It is deemed to be long term rentals allowed for 1 month or longer. They regularly allow weekly renters. They fail to communicate to notify residents of work directly affecting your property (tree stump removal, roof
