I hired Signature for finishing my basement which included everything from sub-floor installation to painting the walls. I think they did excellent work. I was especially impressed with their attention to detail - little things that they didn't have to do, but made the space look nicer and complete. Everyone involved in my project at Signature had amazing communication with me and my wife, making sure we were updated and happy through-out the project and answered any questions we had promptly and respectfully - no matter how small or the subject. Signature Contracting did an amazing job on our bathroom. They consulted with me every step of the way and took all my questions seriously. I appreciated how Erika, the design consultant, worked with us to choose fixtures and tiles. They finished on budget and only a couple of days past the deadline (because of a few unexpected hiccups). Jon, Zack, and Chris were also great with my toddler — by the end of our renovation, they were more like friends than contractors. I now have my dream bathroom. Thanks guys!

I underwent a complete home renovation recently and with all its trials and tribulations, Signiture Contracting was by far my best decision! They took on our top floor bathroom renovation from just framing to the oasis it is now.
Their staff are very personable and professional. The quote/contract was very consise detailing work included and timeline. We were in contact every step of the way with same day replies each time. Where do I start ? I guess I can start by saying that I highly recommend these guys. They work extremely hard, very respectful of the property and are very fast at what they do. Even though they are really fast the work is not sloppy at all. I asked the guys to do what they could to make it speedy because I had a little daughter on the way and wanted to have her moved in and settled by Christmas. little did I know I would be moved in late October. Also, they communicate with us very well to let us know everything they will be doing through out the week and even answered many of our "silly " questions

We recently had our basement finished by Signature Contracting and couldn’t be happier. The designer was fantastic, helping us coordinate colors and finishes together and well as helping keep us within our budget. The crew was just as great, they showed up on time everyday, walked me through what they planned to get done and tidied up the workspace… at the end of each day. The job started a week later than anticipated but they stayed late most nights and completed on time. We would definitely recommend (and have recommended) Signature Contracting to friends, family or anyone that is

I reached out to some local contracting companies I found through google searching to get some quotes to make a bathroom accessible for our 2 year old daughter, Sawyer. Most didn’t seem to have any interest in… quoting or doing the job and there was a very short list of people willing to come out and quote the job. One of those people was Jessie from Signature Contracting. When he arrived to quote the job he interacted with Sawyer which means a lot to our family. Jessie was professional and most importantly knowledgeable when it came to what our needs in a bathroom would look like

We have had Signature Contracting in twice now to do renovations on our home and both times we have been more than pleased with the final product. Jessie, Chris, Erika and all the hard working guys were always pleasant, helpful and accommodating. They always responded to our calls or emails promptly and kept us up to date with the progress and what to expect next. We are beyond pleased with our recent reno done by Chris & his staff. Not only did they go out of their way to fit us in to their tight schedule, but their workmanship and skill was beyond measure! If I could give more stars, I would. Signature contracting just finished my basement and I couldn't be happier. They took my thoughts and dreams and made it into a reality.
