Greg working there is super professional. Had to renew my insurance last minute . He helped me right-away. The only downside you need to stand out due to pandamic, I think it’s a precaution which is understandable. Otherwise 5 stars !! Cheers

I am a customer there for years when their older generation was doing all the work.. Gary is courteous as well as all the staffs who worked for him.. I would give it 5 starts then but now.... not so, first off his son have a real attitude and absolutely have no good customer service attitude... processing your ICBC insurance renewal seems like you are bothering him, and the other female that about the same age as he also have the same attitude .... very dry and unfriendly.

This is the worst insurance company I have ever seen. They think too much of themselves. Talking to clients like we are asking to do something for free. Totally unprofessional with absolutely no passion in what they do. I can hardly believe that they are still on the market. It took them forever to register my car I couldn't believe my eyes , first the computer wasn't working then something else happened. Just don't waste your time!!! Awful

Terrible customer service. Had the displeasure of dealing with a male member of staff & was made to feel as if my questions were an inconvenience. When I asked about some details on a form I was informed that the form was simple & to just read through it. Will not be asking for help from this office again. We could have just been unfortunate & happened to be dealing with a rude individual.
