In 2012, we expanded our shop by moving to a bigger building, literally around the corner from our old shop. 2749 Lake Shore Blvd West & First Street is now our new home. Our bike parts, gear and clothing are carefuly selected to bring our customers the latest in technology and style. If we don't have it in stock - we can get it.
That's where Cycle Butik comes in, our experienced bike mechanics will do a safety check on your bike, determine what requires attention, give you honest advise and then repair or maintain your bike. Peace of mind is priceless, we truly care about your safety. Full adjustment of front and rear brakes, including; brake pad alignment and cable tension.
Cycle Butik's service warranty is 14 days from date of service. If you are not completely satisfied, please bring your bike back and our technicians will check over the repair and correct any issues that may be found at no cost to you. Any additional parts that were not included in the initial repair are not covered under the service warranty.

Very condescending, as if they invented cycling!
Went in to get a an " adjustment" that I did not have the tool for on the bike and got a response that " We don't do a-la-cart repairs you have to get a tune up. Totally insulting to someone that has competed in all three cycling disciplines rode over 100,00 k in my lifetime. I guess they saw an old man who did not know anything about cycling. Stay away!

Writing after my bike got its seasonal tune, brakes bled for a very reasonable price at MEC. Just reminded me of the terrible Cycle Butik experience.
Few years ago.Brought one of two bikes in because a friend didn't check for its road worthiness before our road trip to go biking. Wanted to support a local business I have driven by many times,and it was close to the highway. The older man with a growth on his face/neck "helped" us at the time tells us to give him an hour.We ask if he can do anything earlier given our situation.He said no. Leave, grab some lunch,and return to a bike
