Natalie is available for both residential and commercial design /decorating consultations and offers flexibility pertaining to her hours of services. She assists clients with needs as simple as selecting paint colours, lighting selections, de-cluttering, furniture replacement, and as complete as planning & executing modern renovations.
Working with a designer who has attained professional membership in a provincial association such as CIDAA, assures you that the individual meets the highest level of professional qualifications. Designing, redesigning, or renovating an interior space often involves a significant investment of time, money, and effort.
The act of making an unfurnished house appear lived in to entice buyers to purchase the property. Typically a designer/home stager can use your own their furniture and accessories. Home staging is popular because it provides the buyer with an idea of how furniture could be placed in the home and how much space will be available when it's furnish The space also looks picture worthy in the photos and will be attractive to the potential buyer!
Minimum price is $650, which means if the project costs less than $650 (such as 650 sqft project) you will still pay $650. If we need to get it stamped, it will be $700/simple renovation and $1200 for general. At design rezolution we create fast turn-around and affordable renderings of commercial, office buildings, residential and interior renderings.
Metalworking is the process of working with metals to create individual parts, assemblies, or large-scale structures. At design rezolution, we can affordable design and or manufacture metal custom railings, staircases, furniture, bookshelves, room dividers, shelving units, accessories, car & truck or vehicle parts, etc.

Natalie helped to stage my home for photos. She reused things in my home for staging and moved furniture around and the results were amazing! The living room and kitchen tied together and overall flowed better. There's more of a cozy welcoming vibe now... so much that for a moment it made me want to live here again! And to top it off this session was only an hour and all it took was some simple changes to make it homey. Thank you Natalie!

I was very impressed with the level of service we received. Natalie was very personable and efficient. When she had completed staging our house it was totally transformed in to this new modern looking home. She made it easy for our realtor to take pictures for us to sell and all the rooms looked larger and much more inviting. I was also impressed with how quickly she had stage the house. Natalie truly is a professional and if I ever need interior designing done again she would be my only choice.
