Everyone at the office is so amazing and I got so much help with my pain issues from Kaden. He definitely cares about his patients, takes time to explain whats going on and is very reassuring in his ways. He is very knowledgeable and cheerful! The best physiotherapist I've ever been to! :)

The service at Excel Physical Therapy is unmatched. From the moment you walk in the door, and until you leave the staff is greeting you with smiles on their faces. Kaden is a friendly, knowledgeable physiotherapist who treated me for multiple injuries within a week so that I would be able to play sports on the weekend. I would recommend this clinic and Kaden to anyone!

I had a therapeutic massage from Theri Pepper, the massage therapist at Excel, and it was really good! She has strong hands and a firm touch. Her soft spoken personality is friendly and relaxing. Excel Physical Therapy is your one-stop shop for physical therapy and massage.

First visit to Excel. This place came highly recommended from different members of the community and after my first time, I can understand why.
From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by friendly, kind and knowledgeable staff. All with smiling (eyes) - Covid times.
I have a few different health plans and wasn't sure how to proceed with paperwork, and rather than sit and rifle through sorting it out, they let me get on with with my treatment and worked it all out for me. Making it a seamless and easy check-in. Not always the easiest thing to do on a first visit to a medical facility.

I walked into the office, from the time I walked in to the I left I could tell they care about their patients. Front desk is the first thing u see, and deal with, they were great. Preston was great! He knows his stuff, he explained everything to me and gave me some home options to use as well. The office is super clean, staff are always smiling. Great experience from walking in to leaving! They direct bill also!

Preston is an excellent physiotherapist. He is so knowledgeable and the exercise program he gave me worked instantly. In just a few days I was back exercising and gradually returned to full activity. He has such a friendly and warm demeanour. I highly recommend him.

All the staff at Excel are extremely friendly and helpful Also, my personal experience with Preston has been amazing. I've been suffering with back pain since November and in two short weeks, the personal plan that he has developed for me is definitely working. He is very knowledgeable and never hesitates to answer my questions. 10/10 for both customer service and knowledge! Great team!

I heartily recommend Excel Physical Therapy. The great customer service at Excel starts when you walk through the front door. Each time I am greeted warmly by name and then shown to a treatment room. Sharla does a great job of finding the problem and then treating it with manipulation and then the tens machine and heat. Treatment is tailored to each person and their needs.

Last year in March I had a total knee replacement and started my physiotherapy 3 weeks after the surgery
With the help of the physiotherapist and the excellent team there I made a swift recovery and my knee is perfect!
Now I am being treated post car accident ( not my fault!) and going now for a few months for treatments,
Cannot say enough of the excellent treatment and care from the physiotherapists and assistants at

Excel has all the makings of a great clinic and I highly recommend it for a number of reasons. Assessments are very thorough, a variety of treatment options are provided while you’re there, and exercises are provided and even emailed, for later reference. My treatments have been with Sharla, Wade, and Preston for different injuries over the years. I’ve heard great things about the other physiotherapists too.
