Call them to fix GFCI outlet in my bathroom that is not working. It took them 2.5 hours to diagnose the problem.
They inform me they need 3 hours to fish the wire from one side of the wall to another ( less then 2 ft) in order to fix GFCI.
I had phone conversations with Felicia and Shaun. Their main concern is if I'm going to pay the invoice(for nothing) and not if they fix the problem.
It is definitely poor experience. Although, I^ve not had problems with them in the past.

Top nothc professionals throughout. Called Felicia on the hopes they can help an urgent situation and she was incredibly accomondating.
